Your data is yours
Your invoices, clients and bank details are stored only on your phone. We don't run a server for them, we never receive them, and we can't see them.
Backups and exports go only where you choose: a folder on your phone, or your own Nextcloud, Google Drive, Syncthing or server.
Questions
Is it really unlimited and free?
Yes. There's no limit on invoices or clients on any plan. The free version shows ads; paying only removes ads and adds extras like CSV export and automatic backups.
Can you see my invoices or clients?
No. Everything is stored on your phone, and the app has no server to send it to. The only things that talk to the internet are Google's ads (on the free plan) and Google Play for subscriptions.
What if I lose or change my phone?
Turn on backups to a folder that syncs to your own cloud (Nextcloud, Google Drive, Syncthing…). On your new phone, install the app and use Restore. See the backup guide.
Which currencies are supported?
Each client can have their own currency, with A$, £, US$, €, NZ$, C$, S$, HK$, ¥, CHF, R and ₹ in the list. Bank details are labelled for each: BSB, sort code, routing number or IBAN.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. You can create, save and send invoices offline (sending needs whatever your email or messaging app needs). Ads load when you're online.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. It's Android only for now.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In the Google Play Store: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your invoices stay on your phone whatever you choose.
